The courts are going to be busy dealing with young gunmen who seem bent on attacking people they deem as helpless. There will be one such attack in the heart of the city. Not surprisingly, there are private citizens with firearm, but they will not intervene because of the hassle they get when they discharge their firearm even in the interest of the public.
However, the criminals will not get away. A motorist will help the police.

Another case of domestic violence will see yet another man before the courts. For reasons best known to themselves these men are unable to control their emotions.
On this occasion, a sibling of the abused woman would take the law into his own hands.

It will be a case of electricity. There are still people who do not pay. Some technicians will be involved. An inspection by the power company will lead to a disconnection campaign. It will also lead to some resistance that would threaten to turn deadly.
