Kevon Boodie struck a belligerent century, while Jason Heyliger grabbed five wickets as Police defeated Transport Sports Club by 96 runs when the Georgetown Cricket Association New Building Society
Second Division 40-Over tournament continued on Sunday.
Boodie slammed 107 and got support from Jason Heyliger with 51 not out and Keston Harcourt 29 as Police posted 228-6 after they opted to bat at Everest Cricket Club. Off-spinner Azeem Azeez picked up 2-45.
Transport SC were bowled out for 131 in reply. Devon Allen made 32, while Adrian Hinds and Azeez got 22 each. Hayliger bagged 5-11 from 6.4 overs, while Harcourt took 2-16 off seven overs.
