The scope of works includes upgrades to 11 kilometers of roadways, five kilometers of concrete drains and five kilometers of reinforced concrete walkways, interlinking bridges, street lighting and two community and recreational facilities one of which will be newly constructed.
The Adequate Housing and Urban Accessibility Programme caters to the construction of core houses for single-family households and families living in uninhabitable homes and also provides for home improvement subsidies and the consolidation of existing housing schemes.
