Annandale Secondary won the Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL) inter secondary school Tapeball competition which was played on Saturday last at Durban Park.
Four teams took part in the competition which was of six overs duration; Annandale Secondary, North Georgetown Secondary, IAE and Combined Schools.
Annandale Secondary chalked up nine points from three games, while IAE took the runner up spot with six points followed by North Georgetown on three and Combined Schools who failed to register a point.
Annandale Secondary also won the award for the most disciplined team while Andrew Smith of IAE took the MVP prize.
The competition was organised by the Holy Family Bible Club and was coordinated by James Lewis who has expressed gratitude to the sponsors.
