The roads are no safer at this time of the year. Another road accident would be recorded on the eastern corridor. The blame would rest squarely on a crazy driver.

Another case of child rape would hit the headlines. The perpetrator would be a trusted member of the family. This is just a continuation of a trend that has become endemic.
