The second edition of the GT Beer/Candy Boss and Antics Promotion 8-a-side Football Invitational Tournament will continue today with two more matches under lights at the All Saints Scott Church ground, Princess Elizabeth Road, New Amsterdam, Berbice.
The opening match today will see Mahaicony taking on Golden Stars followed by a clash between Cougars and Soccer City Football Club. Thirty-two teams from Berbice, Georgetown, East Coast Demerara and West Demerara are battling for supremacy and a chance to win cash prizes and trophies in excess of $1.2 million.
Among the sponsors are Banks DIH Limited under the GT Beer Brand, Fly Jamaica, Regional Health Services, Foot-Soul, Bobb and Sons, National Sports Commission and Integrated Security.
