Rivaldo Phillips stroked three boundaries in his unbeaten 32 and a fine all round performance from Zachary Jodah led Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) to an emphatic eight-wicket win against Transport Sports Club (TSC) at Bourda on Saturday.
TSC batted first and were bowled out for 60 in 35 overs with only Shamar Yearwood (15) managing double figures. Jodah bagged 4-11 and got support from Darrius Andrews who had 3-14.
The home team then raced to 61-2 in just 12 overs with Phillips being backed up by Jodah’s unbeaten 13 as Jeffery Blair had 2-15. (Sean Devers)
