If I were a criminal or gangster, this is how I should reason: “How would I feel if someone were to hold me up at gunpoint or with a knife and take my money or other possessions? Would I like that? Is it sensible of me to find joy in robbing or harming someone else? Isn’t it much better for me to think on Jesus’ statement at Matthew 7:12 that ‘all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them?’ Would I like someone to rob or harm me? NO! So I should not rob or harm others. Criminals, gangsters, do you know that the time is coming when you will have to give account to the Most High God, Jehovah, for your actions? Psalm 83:18; Romans 14:12. Remember, we may get away from man but we CANNOT get away from God who sees EVERYTHING! Proverbs 15:3. Criminals, gangsters, at 2 Thessalonians 1:7 – 9, God states that he is going to use his Son, along with mighty angels, to destroy all who do not know God or obey the gospel. That destruction will be EVERLASTING, as verse 9 shows. Do you want to be destroyed FOREVER? Psalm 37:9, 10. Criminals, gangsters, God’s Word NEVER fails. He will do whatever he states. Isaiah 55:11. Therefore, I urge all criminals and gangsters to make a change for good. STOP committing crimes and do meaningful, useful activities. Ecclesiastes 3:13. Show the Creator that you are thankful to Him for creating you by using your lives in a good and beneficial way.
