Last Friday saw M&M snackette being robbed of an undisclosed sum of cash by a lone bandit armed with a gun. The whole scene was caught on CCTV footage.
A young bandit riding a bicycle and armed with a handgun concealed in his waist walked into the M&M snackette on Friday last just minutes before the three o’clock hour and pointed the gun to the lone snackette attendant at that time.
He picked up the attendant’s Samsung S8 while demanding the young man hand over all the days’ sales. The young snackette attendant who was visibly fearful for his life, took all the cash that represented the day’s sales, out of the cardboard box it was in and placed it in a bag as ordered by the bandit.
The young bandit calmly placed the gun back into his waist and collected the plastic bag of money and walked out of the establishment, picked up his bicycle and rode off in the direction of Agricola. The whole incident lasted under one minute.
The M&M location at Houston was robbed some eight times since it opened in 2013. The water store to the northern side of the M&M snackette was also robbed. There is a cooking gas distributor to the south of the snackette which was also robbed.
The gas station that is in the next village of Mc Doom was only recently robbed, for what this publication had learnt was the ninth time.
There was a robbery in Bagotstown at a carwash on Wednesday last, and the list goes on.
