As is usually done on Tuesdays, the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board opened several bids. Among the first, the Ministry of Social Protection received 28 for the construction of a perimeter fence at the New Opportunity Corps.
For the rehabilitation of the New Opportunity Corps, the Ministry of Social Protection received 20 bids.
The Ministry of Social Protection received bids for the provision of Security Services.
The Ministry of Public Security received bids for consultancy to conduct a comprehensive study on citizen security in indigenous communities.
The Ministry of the Presidency received bids for the procurement of three (3) new vehicles.
The National Communications Network (NCN) received bids for electrical re-wiring of NCN’s office building at the head office.
For the procurement of two (2) Rib Craft and one (1) Boat Trailer for the Guyana Police Force, the Ministry of Public Security received six bids.
The Ministry of Communities received bids for the rehabilitation of East Ruimveldt Market sanitary block, constable’s office, revenue office and construction of fence.
