DEAR EDITOR,
I am writing this letter addressing it to the National Procurement & Tender Administration Board (NPTAB). It’s short and straight to the point.
My question is why the NPTAB website is not up-to-date. The last posting of minutes on that site was April 10, 2018. I would assume that there are staffers that are employed to ensure that the site is up-to-date, since a contractor may not be able to stay for the opening of his/her bid, so they would usually visit this site to ensure all went well.
In addition, I may be going out on a limb here and I may be wrong, but are only selected tender openings featured in the newspapers. There was an opening on May 2, 2018 and there was nothing in the papers for that.
I look forward to a response from the NPTAB.
