In an effort to improve the quality of the Eteringbang airstrip, in Region Seven, the Ministry of Public Infrastructure says it will be commencing the chemical stabilisation of the runway surface “sometime during the week of April 22”.
“This exercise will extend for approximately seven days from the date of commencement. As a result, the runway will be closed during the period of ongoing works. Relevant stakeholders, including residents and village leaders, have already been informed of the upcoming closure.”
