The Berbice Cricket Board continues to push ahead with the hosting of tournaments for junior cricketers in the Ancient County. The Berbice Cricket Board has already started Under-19 and Under-21 Tournaments, while an Under-15 would start next weekend. On Friday, 6th April, 2018, several teams started to play each other in the Ramnaresh Sarwan Fitness 53 Under-17 Tournament. The Tournament, which is open to players born on or after the 1st September, 2001, is being played in the 50-Overs per side format.
