It seems as if people are in a hurry to go nowhere. Every so often there is a car crash when no other vehicle is on the road. This is not a new development, but it signals recklessness on the part of newly licensed motorists.
There is going to be another such crash east of the city when a driver would crash into a stationary object.

The belief that the criminals are getting younger is not wrong. A group of young criminals will patrol the eastern part of the country to prey on people not accustomed to the level of criminal activity in the city. This will lead the police to successfully redirect their campaign.
**
A religious event will draw a family away from home and lead a group of scalawags to enter their home. Unfortunately for the group, some neighbours would see them and attack them with a vengeance.
The police will, after then, warn of vigilante justice.
