Dear Editor
Time and again, we continue to talk about information that is erroneous permeating our dailies in the form of letters to the editor. Often these set out with a clear agenda to mislead, deceive and tarnish the image of the Council and attacking the character of senior officers .
The missive penned by Anu Bihari is a classic example of foregone description. It seeks to ascribe a portfolio and attached sequels of events to the office of “Press Officer”, a designation that the present Public Relations Officer had never held in the history of the Council.
The record of the council attests to this fact.
