The first six-stage Guyana National Rifle Association / International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) shoot is set to get the GuyanaNRA season off to what is anticipated to be a fiery start to the 2018 season at the Timehri Rifle Ranges.
IPSC Regional Director Guyana Harold ‘Top Gun’ Hopkinson has indicated that today’s shoot is anticipated to be keenly contested and will for the first time see the electronic scoring system being employed.
Members for the first time also registered for this shoot on line. There will be fours stages of competition with a minimum of 87 rounds inclusive of two (2) IPSC classifiers in the Open, Production and Standard categories.
Today’s shoot is sponsored by the Queensway Group of Companies and IPSC Regional Director Guyana, Harold ‘Top Gun’ Hopkinson. Competition will shoot off at 09:00hrs.
