When the South Turkeyen Sports Committee (STSC) in association with New Level Sports Bar held their New Year three-team at domino competition, C team, compromising of Odel Ramsammy, Oral Ramsammy, Gary McPherson, Michael Underwood, Kevin Custer and Rawle Mentore, won the event with a total of 79 games. Meanwhile, A team were second with 71 and B team finished third with a total of 61.
The clever Underwood was the best domino player for the victorious C team with a total of 16 games, tied with Sharon Primo of second placed A team, who scored 16 as well.
Trophies for the one-day competition that hit off last Saturday at the New Level Sports Bar in Sophia were donated by Colin Sukwah, Trophy Stall Bourda Market and N. Khan Sun Shop Sophia.
The event was organised by Johnny “Overseas” Barnwell and “Sadam”.
