Transport SC defeated Ace Warriors by 28 runs when action in the Georgetown Cricket Association New Building Society Second Division 40-over tournament continued on Sunday.
At DCC, Transport SC scored 366 all out in 40 overs. Sunil Singh slammed 113 off 58 balls, while Chemroy Kendall scored 62 off 20 balls, Jamaul Wilson 37, Rafael Singh 32 and Charwayne McPherson 29, Akeem Redman and Anthony Antonio 20 each.
Abdool Gafoor had 3-58 and Sherwin Whyte 3-76. Ace Warriors were bowled out for 78 in 19.1 overs in reply. Aaron Rogers made 22; Kevin Ross snared 4-8, while Singh and Antonio had three each.
