The Georgetown Softball Cricket League Inc (GSCL Inc) will be hosting its inaugural Panama Guyana Cup which is set to bowl off shortly.
The competition which is being sponsored by Quick Office Stationery, Beifa Office Stationery, May’s and HL Furnishing all of Panama will be played nationwide in the Masters and Open categories.
No entrance fee is required and the winning teams in both segments will take home a trophy and $100,000 and the runner ups a trophy and $25,000; the competition will be played using the white balls.
Interested teams in Essequibo can contact Patrick Rooplall on 622-3717, David Lukenauth in Berbice on 618-3717 and Samuel Kingston in Demerara on 619-5103.
