Distribution giants, Ansa McAl Limited, yesterday handed over the five prizes won from its Stag Beer ‘Man Toys’ promotion, which began in April. Among the impressive prizes handed over to lucky consumers were two luxury motor cars, an Audi A4 and BMW 320i.
For four months, consumers had the opportunity to win one of the five prizes that also included a motor cycle, LG flat screen smart television and a cooler filled with Stag Beer, by placing caps into an envelope and submitting at bars across Guyana.
In the end, it was Kaimraj Parsaud Harrinauth who won the Audi A4 and Bibi Rahim from Bush Lot, West Coast Berbice, who drove off with the BMW 320i. Both winners confessed that Stag is their favourite beer, and as such submitted hundreds of entries.
Cleon Persaud won the motorcycle, while Arshad Rahim collected the LG Smart TV and Stanley Gomes, the Cooler loaded with Stag. The Final Draw was held on July 16 and confirmed the Man Toys Promotion as another mega consumer-based event.
Ansa McAl is known for such giveaways, launching a new era in consumer promotions when it gave away a Toyota Tacoma under the Stag Beer brand and five Honda Ruckus Bikes, which all attracted huge numbers in participation across Guyana.
Stag Beer Brand Coordinator, Lindon Henry, thanked all those who participated in the 2017 promotion and encouraged those consumers, who did not win, to continue to support the brand since there will be other means of rewarding them in the future.
