Mexico dropped to twelfth as a result of their loss to the Cayman Islands.
The ‘Green Machine’ is now 51st in the world ranking (WR), while T&T is 55th, Cayman Islands 56th and Mexico 57th.
Argentina is the top ranked team in the Americas (9th WR) followed by the USA (17th WR) and Uruguay (18th WR) in that order.
