Sensei Lavern Jones to be buried on Thursday
Sensei Lavern Jones who died at the Georgetown Hospital on May 12 after suffering a stroke, will be buried on Thursday after the body leaves the Sandy’s funeral home at 14:00hrs for the funeral service at the Fatima Church.
Sensei Jones was a founding member of GKC since its inception in 2005 after beginning her training in the early 1970’s under 7th Dan Shiham Keith DaCosta.
The comments published in the May 16 edition of the Kaieteur News was copied by Max Massiah from Master Frank Woon-A-Tai’s facebook page and was inadvertently attributed to Massiah.
