Some 257 Caribbean nationals are among the criminals making Interpol’s current Wanted Persons
list and on the lam this Easter, News Americas Now has found.
The majority are from the Dominican Republic – a massive 160. They include several who are wanted for murder and drug trafficking. Among those wanted for murder are Cristian Antonio Dicent Polanco, 39; Jhonnattan Onel Baez Guzman, 28; Daniel Emilio Frias Segura, 57, while Jose Borbon, 47 is wanted for drug trafficking.
Jamaica has the second most nationals from the Caribbean on the Interpol Wanted List – a total of 54 to date. They include Patrick Kay, 26; Albert Bolt, 62; Oral Dwayne Nelson, 29, and Kemar Graham, 35, who are all wanted for murder.
Eight nationals from The Bahamas, Suriname, and Guyana, respectively, are on the Interpol Wanted List.
From Bahamas, they include Gercian Ocean, 35; David St. Remy, 42, and Stafford Jahmal Bastian, 36, who are all wanted for murder. From Guyana, those making the Interpol list include Neon Daneyon Jemmott, 39; Marcus Brian Bisram, 27, and Anthony Bhupdeo, 24, who are all wanted for murder.
Jemmott is wanted by the judicial authorities in Canada for prosecution and to serve a sentence. U.S – based Bisram made the news last year after he allegedly ordered the killing of a Berbice carpenter who rebuffed his sexual advances. The shocking murder was made to look like a car accident. He reportedly fled to the US with Guyanese investigators making moves to have him brought back to face trial. Bhupdeo is wanted in Guyana for murder.
And from Suriname, those making the Wanted Persons list include Kai Huang Guo, 50, who is wanted for human trafficking, kidnapping and participating in a criminal organization, and Patrícia Terezinha Miguel Bom, 42, who is wanted for international drug trafficking.
There are seven nationals of Haiti on the list, including Joseph Hugues, 40, and Trezil Jean Joseph, 46, who are both wanted for murder.
Belize has six nationals on the list including Manuel Mendez Castillo, 40; Miguel Matus, 34, and Jaime Leonel Rivas, 29, who are all wanted for murder.
Saint Kitts & Nevis has two accused criminals on the list. They are Dexter Sylvester Lewis, 44, who is wanted for narco-trafficking and Alexander Rodionov, 65, who was born in Russia, but holds citizenship on the island and is wanted for bribery.
Trinidad & Tobago, Grenada, Saint Lucia and Turks & Caicos have only one person each on the Wanted list.
The lone Trinidad & Tobago national on the list is Mark Anthony Sean Charles, 49, who is wanted for aggravated sexual assault, while the Grenadian making the list is Kathron Fortune, 39, who is wanted for firearm possession, attempted murder/manslaughter and escaping as a prisoner.
The Interpol wanted man from Saint Lucia is Tyson Joseph, 27, who is wanted for robbery while armed with a firearm with intent to commit attempted murder. While the Turks & Caicos islander on the list is Eunece Sarahann Morris, who is wanted for “stealing by reason of service.
