Following the conclusion of the seventh Boyce/Jefford Track and Field Classic at
the Mackenzie Sports Club (MSC) Ground in Linden recently, the National Milling Company of Guyana (NAMILCO) has rewarded the top male and female overall individual champions.
Sprinters Winston George and Alita Moore were both recognized by NAMILCO for their respective efforts which landed them the titles as the best individuals having accumulated 30 points each.
The performances of both athletes propelled the Guyana Police Force their third successive Boyce/Jefford Track and Field Classic overall title and 1M top prize. Both athletes were presented with $50,000 each from NAMILCO.
