Much cooler days are ahead for the players of Buxton Stars Football Club of Buxton, East Coast
Demerara with the donation of a Water Cooler compliments of Sleepin International Hotels, Brickdam, Georgetown.
Accepting the donation on behalf of the club was Coach Sherman David, a former Western Tigers player/captain, who thanked Sleepin International Hotel representative Shaquel Crackwell for their generous contribution which he said, is well needed.
Crackwell said his entity is very pleased to contribute to the club which he noted has been honing the talent of many youths in the village of Buxton and its environs.
Buxton Stars, on a rebuilding path, recently finished second in the East Demerara Football Association Under-17 Golden Jubilee competition, losing in the final after playing unbeaten up to that point.
