Defending champions Grove Hi Tech will collide with Kuru Kururu Warriors in the feature match of today’s double header in the Stag sponsored East Bank Football Association Senior League which continues at the Grove Playfield.
Grove, reeling from the loss of three players due to red cards in their last match against Agricola Red Triangle will have a point to prove that they have depth in the side. However, the Warriors have been known to cut down big teams and will fancy their chances against a weakened Grove unit today. The Warriors are on 3 points compared to Grove’s 9 at the top of the points table.
Today’s opening game will see Mocha Champs coming up against Soesdyke Falcons. Mocha are ahead of Soesdyke on goal difference, both are on 3 points from an identical amount of matches.
Kick off time is 13:30hrs.
