With the Mashramani celebrations out of the way, schools participating in the Annual
Milo Under-20 Schools Football Competition could now re-focus their energies on battling each other for top honours when play resumes today with three games, at the Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue.
In the opening fixture, Carmel square off against Christ Church at 12:30 hrs, before School of Nations tackle South Ruimveldt from 14:00 hrs.
In the final game of the day, Bishop’s High take on Central High.
Action in the competition continues tomorrow with four matches planned at the same venue.
Former champions St. George’s collide with Tutorial from 11:00 hrs, before Queenstown and St. John’s battle each other at 12:30 hrs.
This encounter will precede the clash between Charlestown and Freeburg, before Mae’s engage St. Rose in the final game of the day.
