The more the nation attempts to control the carnage on the roads the more careless drivers, many of them with little experience, would take the roads. Over the past few days five people died on the roads. This spurt will force the police to put even more patrols on the roads.
However, there will be another vehicular accident in the coming hours. The country will regain its place as the country with highest road fatality per capita.

A scandal would expose some of the evils that were in place a few months ago. One man has already been held for money laundering, but his local legacy is being resurrected. However, the courts would accept that there was illegality and thwart plans for the continuation of an airport operation.

The drought has caused many hardships; people who were about to give up are feeling a sense of hope. The rains are coming and none too soon. One test would be the drainage in the city. Residents would be surprised.
