Matches are being played at the Tucville Community Centre, #5 Ground (Berbice), Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground, Leonora Stadium and the Buxton Community Centre ground.
The top club will take home $4M, second-placers $2M, third and fourth placed finishers will receive $1M and $500,000 respectively.
Monedderlust, GFC, GDF and Buxton United are the other teams vying for top honours in the League that concludes on May 8.
Among the entities on board apart from Platinum sponsor Ansa McAl are E-Networks, Knight Riders Bus Services and COURTS.
