Dear Editor,
I believe there is a need for some investigative research that a responsible newspaper like yours needs to do as it pertains to the current tender. It is my opinion that this tender is needs an investigation.
1. Why is it a requirement for bidders to bid for 100% of items per lot? I will explain what is meant by a lot. Bear in mind no single manufacturer makes all the products that may be required. Thus in the example below a manufacturer of Diazepam may not make Phenobarbital. How does this help in ensuring the best quality? Will the award be made to only one bidder per lot?
Can you please Google this product below and determine if it is not banned – popular names are Baralgin tabs and Analgin injection. Why is this out to be tendered?
Please continue to expose all the problems that beset this country.
