Trophy Stall in Bourda Market has given support to Guyana’s Table Tennis Association (GTTA) ahead of its National Championship, which serves off tomorrow at the National Gymnasium and concludes on Monday
at the same venue.
“Proprietor of The Trophy Stall, Ramesh Sunich came on board to support the GTTA effort in hosting the flagship Championships,” the association said in a press release, adding that Trophy Stall has sponsored three of six categories.
Sunich indicated that he and his company are happy to partner with a sport that has been making the effort and doing fairly well in the international arena. “We are happy to be supporting the efforts of our table tennis talents in Guyana and the Guyana Table Tennis Association since the smaller sports need more support,” Sunich said.
In addition, Sunich indicated that he is currently in discussion with the Executive Committee of the GTTA to partner for a junior project in February.
