The missing Electro Cardiograph Machine which went missing since October last, have now been brought to the attention of the police who have begun a probe into the matter.
No one has ever been held accountable ever since the Administrative body at the Suddie Public Hospital was informed of the missing equipment.
Meanwhile, reports of a missing piece of dental equipment this time from the Anna Regina Health Centre, have surfaced. Alliance for Change regional councillor, Hardat Narine, said he again made the discovery, and is again questioning the seriousness of the administrative body of the Suddie Public Hospital.
Narine is contending that the health system in Region Two has been broken down. At least for the sake of innocent residents residing in Region Two, their health should not be tampered with in any way or form.
The councillor is therefore calling on this new administration to effect a thorough investigation into such reports whereby, important equipment are reported missing and no one is being held accountable or are persecuted for such lawless acts.
