The Berbice Cricket Umpires Association (BUCA) will tomorrow host its annual awards ceremony and year-end social at the Berbice Cricket Board Office, Cheddi Jagan Street, New Amsterdam beginning at 10:00hrs.
According to a release from the association, they will also be using the occasion to pay homage Umpires who have passed on.
Long serving, current and Rafik Latiff, who has clocked 40 years of service, along with persons within the community who have contributed to the development of the BCUA will all be recognized tomorrow.

Dhierendranauth Somwaru – Highest achievement of a Berbice Umpire award
Imran Moakan – Berbice #1 Emerging West Indies Umpire
Moses Rampal and Oomadat Samaroo – Runners-up
