Ann McLennan appointed Chief Magistrate
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has appointed Senior Magistrate Ann McLennan, as Chief Magistrate.

The appointment was made two weeks ago.
The post of Chief Magistrate became vacant earlier this year after former Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry was sworn in as a puisne judge.
