The three committee members are Daniel Anderson, Sabola Gray and Delroy Gordon.
A motion was passed to hold a Special Meeting on October 25.
Meanwhile, Green in his remarks urged the new executive to work hard despite the possibility of them being in office for just around three months a stark reality due to late staging of election of office bearers which is supposed to be held annually.
Griffith in his comments promised to commit to finding more avenues to aid in the further the development of the sport.
He said he was humbled, appreciative and thankful for all those who voted and for placing their trust in him to serve in that capacity. He added that they plan to meet with members of the various clubs to listen to their issues and see how best they could resolve them.
Griffith pointed out that among the other immediate plans of the Union was to have a five year plan, a ten year plan, a vision statement, a strategic plan so that the sport could take off to the next level locally, regionally and internationally.
Among the other pressing issues is to amend the constitution to have an executive in place for a two-year period.
Meanwhile, the Banks DIH Sevens Tournament is slated for this Sunday, at the National Park.
