Loggers, miners and residents of communities along the Buckhall Road- some 170 miles of it- are calling on Government for help because of the dangerous conditions that exist. The road is a main access to communities and camps with a number of accidents and deaths recorded in recent years. It is reportedly controlled by Aurora Gold Mines and Barama Company Limited. There is very little maintenance on the road, operators claim.
