More than a month after having the lower part of his right arm severed by another man, Kuru Kuru resident, Glenford Kitt, is still hoping for justice as Police appear to be doing nothing in apprehending the alleged attacker.
Kitt has indicated that his wound has healed, but he still wants justice and has intentions of seeking help from higher authority.
Just after midnight on June 17, last, Kitt was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC), with what a bystander at the institute described, with his arm hanging.
He was released from GPHC male surgical ward a few days later. He left the hospital in pursuit of justice but such has since been delayed.
According to reports, Kitt had gone to a house in Kuru Kuru to confront one of its occupants concerning a matter, when he was attacked from behind.
At the time, he was attempting to take matters into his own hands, because the police at Timehri Station had refused to look into a matter which he had reported.
