The Inner Wheel Club of Georgetown Central, recently hosted its annual Administrative handing over ceremony at the Pegasus Hotel, Old Road, Kingston, Georgetown.
The ceremony was in observance of the installation of the new executive committee.
The new appointees will serve in their respective designations for the next year.
Isha Husain-Singh, the Immediate Past President (IPP) was honoured in handing over the baton as President of the club to Cherri Peters-Grant who will pilot the club under the theme, “Unique and United”.
Husain-Singh, in handing over her “Iron fist reign”, concluded her second stint as President. She first served the post from 2011 to 2012.
The IPP in her speech lauded the club members for their hard work and dedication over the years.
The Vice Presidency of the new executive committee was awarded to Cheryl Douglas, Germaine Jacques is the Secretary, Sheron Fraser is Treasurer, and the Assistant Secretary/Treasurer is Amelia Baljit.
