In the wake of the fire that destroyed the home in Fourth Street, Alberttown, there were reports that the operator of a construction site had parked a container to obstruct a fire hydrant.
Yesterday the operator removed the container to reveal a non-existent hydrant at worst, or no visible hydrant at best.
October 1st turn off your lights to bring about a change!
