Khemchand Mahadeo, 29, of Wakenaam, Essequibo is mentally ill. He had been diagnosed a little over one
year now. On Friday, he was in the company of a relative who was taking him to see a doctor at a local hospital, when he disappeared after disembarking the boat at Parika.
“It was raining, and as soon as the boat stopped he came off. He has no phone or money,” the relative said.
He was last seen wearing a white and blue shirt, blue jeans and brown boots.
