The Georgetown Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association (GCUSA) will commence its annual training for umpires on Tuesday at Demerara Cricket Club. Classes will continue on Thursday and will be held on every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs thereafter.
The sessions will be facilitated by former international umpire Eddie Nicholls, Nigel Duguid, Colin Alfred, Shannon Crawford, and Matthew Kissoon. Both male and female are encouraged to attend and persons who are desirous of writing the preliminary examination must attend at least 80% of the lecturers. Below is a full scheduled of the sessions.
