at next weekend’s Flex Night Show at the National Cultural Centre, Sunday December 7.
Known as a fierce competitor, the multiple Central American & Caribbean gold medalist who turned Pro in 2008 recently returned from the USA where he competed at the Musclemania Fitness America Weekend 25th anniversary, November 21-22 in Las Vegas.
Gardner, who won CAC Bantamweight gold medals in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006 with bronze in 2005, informed that the Las Vegas show was the toughest to date that he competed at stating that he was not able to make the top 15 given that there were 35 professional athletes vying.
He now has his sights set on competing at Flex Night in the Under-165 category where he would come up against some of the best athletes in Guyana and is confident that his experience would see him go all the way.
