The incident allegedly stemmed from an ongoing feud between the businessman and some residents in the area over the illegal occupation of his land.

He was picked up and rushed to the New Amsterdam Hospital where he succumbed around 20:45 hrs.
Henry and his workmen were subsequently confronted by a hostile crowd that had gathered at the scene. The men fled and Henry took refuge in a nearby resident’s yard. His Toyota Carina 192 bearing registration number PGG 4048 was burnt and overturned. He had to be rescued by the police who had to fire warning shots in the air to thwart the angry crowd.
Residents in the area staged a protest through the street of New Amsterdam the following day. Henry is being represented by Attorneys-at-Law Nigel Hughes, Mortimer Codette and Horatio Edmonson.
The matter is set for continuation on November 24th.
