Ansa McAl Trading Ltd. held an award ceremony on Wednesday last at the company’s Beterverwagting, East Coast Demerara head office, for the “Ariel Bringing the Games Closer” promotion which lasted from May 1 to July 31.
Customers who submitted one empty package of Ariel Soap Powder to Ansa McAl, with their names, addresses and telephone numbers, were eligible to win one of eight flat screen televisions.
Seven of the eight winners were presented with 42-inch flat screen televisions at the award ceremony. Those individuals were Desiree Moses, Shondell Broomes, Marcia Thomas, Rhonda Melville, Samay Noble, Althea Hilliman and Collette Schultz.
After the presentation, the grand drawing for the Tropical Rhythms Money Switch Up promotion was also held.
Rosaline Tillack of Charlestown was the lucky winner of one million dollars.
Other winners in the draw were Esther Allison of Berbice who won US$300 and Candaice Ames of Pouderoyen who won a Tropical Rhythms hamper.
