The Suriname Annual Easter International Badminton Tournament at the Walter Amo Sports Hall in Paramaribo continued on Saturday with matches in the Under-15, 19 and Open Events and several members of the Guyana Badminton Association Team participating in the
competition again impressed on Day two.
Narayan & Priyanna Ramdhani, Jonathan Mangra, Ronald Chang Yuen & Hemray Beharry were all successful on the penultimate day of action.

Under-15 Girls Singles Quarter-Finals:
Priyanna Ramdhani (GUY) defeated Faith Sariman (Sur): 21-6, 21-6
Under-15 Girls Doubles Quarter-Finals:
Priyanna Ramdhanu (GUY) & Shemara Lindveld (SUR) defeated Kayleigh Moenne & Chaista Soemodipoero (SUR): 21-1, 21-6
Under-19 Boys Singles Round Two:
Jonathan Mangra (GUY) defeated Joao Troenokromo (SUR): 21-11, 21-8
Narayan Ramdhani (GUY) defeated Tariq Sweet (SUR): 21-7, 21-11
Under-19 Boys Singles Quarter-Finals:
Narayan Ramdhani (GUY) defeated Quinten Kertotiko (SUR): 21-9, 21-7
Jonathan Mangra (GUY) lost to Denzel Sweet (SUR): 21-10, 21-17
Under-19 Girls Singles Quarter-Finals:
Ambika Ramraj (GUY) lost to Imani Mangroe (SUR): 21-6, 21-11
Under-19 Boys Doubles Quarter-Finals:
Narayan Ramdhani & Jonathan Mangra (GUY) defeated Jascha Atmodikromo & Roche Young-A-Fat (SUR): 21-10, 21-8
Hemraj Beharry & Ronald Chang Yuen (GUY) defeated Gyan Baldew & Joao Troenokromo (SUR): 21-9, 21-17
Under-19 Girls Doubles Semi-Finals:
Ambika Ramraj & Krystal Peters (GUY) lost to Sherifa Jameson & Lindveld (SUR): 21-4, 21-1
Under-19 Mix Doubles Quarter-Finals:
Narayan Ramdhani & Priyanna Ramdhani (GUY) defeated Jia Luo & Vivlane Chen: 21-9, 21-4
Jonathan Mangra & Ambika Ramraj lost to Mitch Nai Chung Tong & Santusha Ramzan (SUR):
21-10, 21-17
The tournament was scheduled to continue last evening with the Semi-Finals, Finals and Presentation.
