Wheh all dem Chinee people who use to be wukking pun de Marriott gone? Last year when de hotel start dem boys see planeload upon planeload coming into de country. Dem boys know that de government got a way to mek dem people vote in de elections suh dem boys was watching.
But de people end up wukking pun de hotel. Dem really put out de wuk and in quick time de hotel reach into de skies. De people use to go to de project by de truckload and dem wuk till late. De other day dem boys pass and somebody ask if de hotel done because all de workers gone.
But de hotel ain’t done. De workers suppose to do interior work, but things ain’t wukking out. Some of the people who was to put in dem money listen to de opposition and dem get frighten. Nobody like to lose money suh de people who listen to Brazzy in de early days, pull out. When dem was planning to put in de money Brazzy was talking about negotiating with a secret private investor.
Dem boys seh that some of de other investors lose money when de Amaila project collapse. Was de Amaila money dem woulda put in de Marriott. Dem don’t want to lose anymore.
Right away Brazzy play dead and that is why de Marriott project look dead. Brazzy want see de funeral it gun get.
Republic Bank was to be the third contributor. Brazzy trying to get it to come in second. Last week he lef de country and he go to Trinidad to beg de parent bank to impress de Guyana Branch to put in money.
Suh while dem talking de wuk slow down. But dem boys remember something else. De Chinese Bank was to lend Guyana money to build de hotel, but that didn’t happen because one man notice that de Chinese bank was getting milked.
Anyhow, Brazzy trying to reach dem people who did offer to put in dem money from de start, but who he reject. De Waterfalls boss man waiting fuh de call.
Talk half and watch Brazzy lose weight over de Marriott.
