E-Networks Inc sole authorised entity to broadcast Champions League T20

Local cable provider E-Networks Inc. which recently celebrated its 10th Anniversary and also unveiled three new services (DreamTV, OnFiber and Control 4) as part of its growing stature within the cable industry, yesterday announced that as the authorised local affiliate for ESPN, it is the sole entity responsible for broadcasting the ICC Champions League T20 Tournament.
The Champions League T20 is one of the ICC’s flagship events and the qualifying rounds started yesterday with two matches in Mohali, India that was broadcast on ESPN 1and according to Managing Director of the Company Vishok Persaud, Guyanese will be provided with coverage of the tournament in its entirety.
He added that the coverage will run from September 17 to October 6 when the final will be played.
Caribbean champions Trinidad and Tobago Red Steel is the region’s representative at the prestigious event.
