The roadways continue to be a place of horror but the police may unwittingly be making it a bit safer. There is going to be a campaign to identify those who bought their driver’s licences from sources other than from the authorized source.
There will be many arrests but the public would be left aghast, because after the arrests there is nothing. This is the frightening aspect because people would say that there is further corruption.

The cloud that taints the emotion is still hovering over the coast. The result is that there would be two other murders in the vicinity of the capital. One of these murders would result from an indiscretion. But it is the second that would set tongues wagging.
A simple conversation would escalate into something that should have never been.

The powers that be are going to be very angry over what has turned out to be a dangerous expose. The allocation of radio signals is going to split the country along racial lines, something that everyone, including the members of the international community, wants to see disappear.
The final word is that there are those in the corridors of power who want to perpetuate the race card.
