Georgetown, Guyana – Jamaal Shabazz has resigned with immediate effect as head coach of the Guyana National Team a release from the Golden Jaguars Official Group has stated.
Shabazz will be coming to Guyana today to answer all the questions the media would like to ask.
The press conference will take place today at 11:00am at Radisson Suites Hotel in Queenstown.
This follows media statements from several players including Captain Chris Nurse and Vurlon Mills among others and the withdrawal of several senior players from the team following their World Cup campaign.
The revelations of the very vocal and eloquent coach would be interesting and comes at a time when there is a degree of discontent with in the football arena in relation to the operations of the Guyana Football Federation and its relations with the players and there is also the matter with the Georgetown Football Association.
Please share this to every Guyanese including your house cats.
