Sensei Christopher Norville is the first Guyana Karate Instructor to teach the Japanese style of Shito-Ryu Karate in the country under Bassai Karate Dojo-International ( BKD-I).
His Karate training is under the expert guidance of Shihan Darryl Williams, 7th Dan and head of BKD-I.
Shihan Williams was the first person to introduce this style of Karate in the Caribbean. One of his students is Shihan Anthony Sydney head of Goshindo Karate Dojo in Trinidad and Tobago.
Sensei Norville has been studying Martial Arts for over 24 years and is an expert in Ju-Jitsu and Iaido.
